Definitely worth a visit during your stay, this fine dining restaurant and hotel is full of character and charm. It is quite pricy but the characterful surroundings and wonderful local fare make the price tag worthwhile. You will find this family run restaurant and guest house on the road to the Giants Causeway by traveling directly though the town of Bushmills. Ramore Wine Bar
Where you will find the fashionable North Coast set having lunch or dinner. This is the place to eat out in Portrush and definitely worth a visit during your stay. Nestled into the harbour above the Harbour Bar, the food is excellent and the wine is too but be warned, you cannot book so get there early and be prepared to wait for a table during busy periods.
55 Degrees North
Is a modern restaurant overlooking the water on Causeway Street in the centre of Portrush. Tuck into a hearty meal on a Saturday or Sunday and you will be able to watch the surfers catching a wave. It is best book ahead of time, particularly at the weekends on 028 7082 2811.
Harbour Bar & Bistro
A well-established bar and bistro on the Harbour Road in Portrush, it is a good place for a quiet pint (in the quaint surroundings of the bar) or for a reasonably priced meal based or modern cuisine in the Bistro.
